1. Services covered

This policy applies to Brock, DaveBot, Decko, DMforHelp, Nio, PoGo Raids, Pokémon GO Raids, Premier raids, PremierBot, PremierRaidsStaff, and The Raiders Club under ukbigdaves bots.

2. Information the bots may process

Depending on how a server configures and uses the bots, Brock and Nio may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, configuration data, moderation data, raid sign-up data, raid scheduling data, and limited message content where necessary for features.

Nio is a raid bot for organising Pokémon GO raids. Nio only collects and stores raid information needed to organise and operate those raids.

Brock provides general Pokémon GO support services, role assignment, moderation features such as automatic deletion, and raid logs. Brock raid logs are regularly purged.

The other bots covered by this policy do not store user data. They may still transiently process Discord information when Discord sends an interaction, command, or event that is necessary to respond to that request.

Message content is only processed where required for bot functionality, moderation, support, automation, or commands. Examples may include processing a command message, applying configured filters, or creating logs where a server has enabled them.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide bot features, organise Pokémon GO raids, store server configuration where needed, support moderation workflows, assign roles, keep raid logs where applicable, respond to commands, maintain service integrity, troubleshoot issues, and protect against abuse.

4. Sharing and sale of data

Data is not sold. Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to comply with valid legal obligations.

5. Data retention

Data is retained only as long as required for operation, raid organisation, moderation, security, troubleshooting, or legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the bot, the feature used, and the type of information involved.

6. Data deletion requests

Users may request deletion of data where applicable by contacting premierraids@outlook.com. Please include relevant details such as your Discord user ID, the server involved, and enough information to help locate the relevant data.

Some information may be controlled by server owners or administrators, may no longer be available, or may need to be retained where required for moderation, security, troubleshooting, or legal reasons.

7. Server owner and administrator control

Server owners and administrators control how the bots are configured within their communities. Their choices may determine what features are enabled, what data is logged, and how moderation or raid features operate.
