Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of Discord bots and applications operated by ukbigdave, including Brock, DaveBot, Decko, DMforHelp, Nio, PoGo Raids, Pokémon GO Raids, Premier raids, PremierBot, PremierRaidsStaff, and The Raiders Club.

1. Acceptance

By using these Discord bots or applications, you agree to follow these terms and any applicable Discord rules, server rules, and community guidelines.

2. Intended use

The bots are provided for community support, Pokémon GO raid organisation, moderation assistance, role assignment, commands, automation, and related Discord utilities.

3. Availability

The services are provided as a hobby and community project. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time. Public installation on additional Discord servers is not currently available.

4. User responsibilities

You must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, spam, exploit, or attempt to bypass limits in the bots. You are responsible for following the rules of any Discord server where the bots are used.

5. Server administrator responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring bot features appropriately for their communities and for explaining relevant server-specific rules or logging practices to members where needed.

6. Data and privacy

Use of the bots is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what information may be processed and how to request deletion where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

The bots are provided without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ukbigdave is not liable for losses, damages, outages, missed raids, moderation outcomes, or server issues arising from use of the bots.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the bots, domain, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on ukbigdave.dev.
